How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks is comfortable and lets us schedule around your prep windows. Launching sooner? Say so in the brief — we hold a few rush slots each week and will tell you straight away if one fits your date.
Do we need to close for the shoot?
No. We work in your quiet hours — before lunch, the lull between services, or after the last cover clears. The kitchen keeps cooking and we build the shot list around your flow, not the other way around.
What does the price actually include?
Packages start at $1,150 and cover production, our lighting and styling kit on site, the edit, and a licensed gallery delivered within 48 hours. There's no separate retouching or usage fee — the license to run your images is written in plain language and included. Full breakdown lives on the Services page.
Do you style the food, or do we?
Your kitchen plates to its own standard and we style for the camera from there — props, angles, light, and the little adjustments that keep a dish looking true to the table. If you'd like a dedicated food stylist for a hero image, we'll note it on the estimate.
How soon do we get the photos?
A first-look proofing gallery lands within 48 hours so you can flag favorites, and the final retouched files — web and print ready — follow right after. Need a couple of images same-day for an announcement? Ask and we'll prioritize them.
